An initiative of OneHope and United Christian Broadcasters, the CreativeLab Europe is a team of young adults who are working together to bring God's Word to young people throughout Europe. The CreativeLab team believes in the power of the Gospel to transform lives, and we work to communicate that message through various forms of innovative media.

Team Leader (“Dad”)

Hi, I’m Chad! I grew up in the mountains of Southern California, but since then have lived a somewhat nomadic lifestyle. However, since I love travel, adventure and meeting new people, it has worked out well. I graduated from Azusa Pacific University where I majored in Global Studies. This experience greatly expanded my worldview and ignited an interest in the people and cultures of the world. In my free time you can find me hiking, biking, surfing, snowboarding or any sort of activity where I can be outdoors. I also love to eat good food and laugh with friends. I believe that God has a beautiful plan for humanity, which is both redemptive and restorative. My greatest desire for my life is that God would allow me to play a role in His plan to bring light and life to the places that are dark and hopeless. I am so happy to work with the CreativeLab, where young people are utilizing their gifts and talents to bring hope to a hope-less world. Creative Genius (“The Ninja”)

Hi, I’m LuLu. I was born in WenZhou, China, then moved to Pennsylvania, USA, in 2002. I am now living in Hanchurch, UK. I fell in love with Jesus about 16 years ago in China. Forbidden to go to church, I remained a spiritual infant for many years, wishing there was a way for me to hear the messages at home. Twelve years ago I discovered my passion for photography. Driven by the desire of capturing, keeping, and re-visiting the precious moments of life, I become a photographer and videographer. Driven by God’s love, I started doing the Kingdom’s work with my camera. I want to tell people the Good News. I want to reach to people at places where missionaries are not allowed to go into. Co-Director (“Soul Sister”)

Hey, hey what’s up? I’m Krista. I’m from the itty-bitty city of Bargersville, just south of Indianapolis where the corn grows high and we wave at all the people passing by. I love spending time outside, reading, cooking, going on adventures, and building relationships with people all over the world. I have to admit that with their carefree spirits and love for adventure, children are my favorite! When I was a little girl, I grew up going to church. I saw the love of God and His desire to have a relationship with us first-hand in the way my parents and grandparents lived their lives. Before going to bed one spring night, at the age of seven, I invited God into my life and it has been quite a fun journey since then. Loving kids and teaching, I planned to become a teacher. I attended Oral Roberts University and had the joy of teaching 25 second graders for a year! Through a series of remarkable events, God revealed an opportunity greater than I could have ever imagined: helping OneHope & the CreativeLab connect youth all over Europe with God’s powerful Word. Now, I serve the team by developing curriculum, tracking the progress of our programs, and collecting stories from young people who are being changed by God! Video Fanatic (“Mr. Maroon”)

Hi, I’m Sam. I grew up in a small village in Peterborough, England. This is where I studied, hung out and enjoyed my young years of life. Leaving Sixth Form I gained A Level grades in Media, ICT, Drama and Business and am now living in Hanchurch putting all those grades into practice. I gave my life to God when I was 12 at a Holiday Club church service, and from then on I have always chosen to live out loud – Sharing His Word. My passion for the media grew and blossomed from a young age – gathering creative ideas through everything I do. You can always find me holding a camcorder, camera or phone shooting some random vlogs, short films, or crazy videos. I wanted to combine the two, to share God’s Word through the media. So that is where I am now, working on the CreativeLab team, learning more, and growing closer to God. [/block] [/blockgrid]

Overview We are looking for volunteers who are passionate about seeing lives changed through the  messages of Jesus. Applicants must be aged 18-35, hardworking, adventurous, and have a flexible, can-do attitude. This is a full-time position, volunteers need to commit to the program for a minimum of 12 months. In return, team members will be provided with shared living accommodations, food and travel expenses. Team members will gain loads of experience working in a professional environment where they will learn new skills and manage projects. Interested applicants must be willing to live with others and contribute to a community, seeking to grow as individuals, and as a team. Lastly, those who join the CreativeLab will have opportunities to visit European countries, so a valid passport is mandatory. Highlights

• An increased understanding of the ministries of OneHope and United Christian Broadcasters and their respective visions for ministry
• Job responsibilities: Designing and producing OneHope ministry programs that will be used to share the Gospel with young people in countries across Europe
• Ideal skills: Experience in multimedia avenues such as filming, editing, or designing and/or writing and research
• Requires: Living in community with other team members and volunteers from the CreativeLab and UCB
• Training: Potential opportunities to work with broadcast professionals, filming professionals, and national ministry leaders who are excelling in their fields
• Amenities: Housing, food, and transportation will be provided. Any expenses for required travel will be provided.

This position is voluntary, but much will be expected of you. It will be challenging, but eternally rewarding, as you play a part in bringing God's Word to the nations of Europe.
