Prayer requests from our partner in Nigeria: (1) FOR THE IMMEDIATE RELEASE OF OUR GIRLS. OUR GOD IS ABLE!

(2) FOR GOD’S INTERVENTION IN OUR COUNTRY NIGERIA

(3) PRAISE GOD ON OUR BEHALF FOR HIS DIVINE PROTECTION FOR ALL ONEHOPE STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS IN NIGERIA..

YEA, THOUGH WE WALK THROUGH THE VALLEY OF THE SHADOW OF DEATH, WE SHALL FEAR NO EVIL:FOR THOU ART WITH US; THY ROD AND THY STAFF THEY COMFORT US!

Just imagine: Madagascar…30,000 children…1,800 trained leaders…17 Stories program…children of all ages many who are street kids and underprivileged…please pray for this huge undertaking and all of the key leaders making God’s Word available to Every Child!

In Zimbabwe, we are partnering with an organization to design a curriculum that will be used in their public schools. They have a well-developed approach to farming, and we are coming alongside them to provide lessons and a Book of Hope student workbook. Please pray for the writers, editors, and artists involved, and that the curriculum will bring hope to the teachers and students who participate.

We are moving into new areas of Uganda for ministry. Join with us in praying that children there will receive Christ and grow in Him through our ministry. Also for traveling mercies for our teams and partners as we distribute the Book of Hope, show The GodMan film, and put on trainings around the country. Additionally please pray that:

• We will be able to find more partners who will be committed to, and own the vision to reach children and youth with God’s Word.
• That we will be able to find free space on which to place containers for our materials. Also for the customs process of clearing new equipment for putting on showings of The GodMan film.
• For new Sunday School facilities that are desperately needed. In our current buildings, when the weather is bad, the children find it hard to concentrate, or do not even attend the class. Pray against any obstacles that would prevent these children from attending our programs regularly.

We praise God for the opportunity to give His Word to the children and youth of this nation! Please pray as we continue to train others to share the Good News.

• Pray that the schools we are scheduled to work in remain open to us, because there are some leaders who refuse access to some schools regardless of the  permissions we have. Also for new partners that will allow us to extend our work throughout the whole country and for laborers to do the task.
• Please pray that the children and youth people are affected by the message conveyed by the Book of Hope, and that the Gospel will positively impact their schools, families, communities and truly transform their society. We desire to see a great action of the Holy Spirit here.
• We have a goal to help plant 20 churches in Ivory Coast in 2014. Please pray for this work and everyone involved.

Praise God- The teacher strike has ended in Benin! As the children get to go back to the schools- so do we! So grateful for our dedicated team in Benin and the mud they push through to get the Gospel into the hands of the kids!

Please Pray:

• For safe travels as the teams go to remote villages to spread the Gospel
• For favor with school officials to be able to share God’s Word in their classes
• That the children will have open ears and hearts to hear the Gospel!

Praise report from East Africa—80 converts after a GodMan showing and the village chief promised land for a new worship center!

Please pray:

• That these new Christians will grow strong in their faith
• For hearts that want to reach children with God’s Word
• For a whole village to come to know Jesus!

Pray for the successful relocation of our main warehouse from Arusha to Morogoro, which will ultimately help us serve the country better.

Pray for committed ministry partners to come alongside us in the work, and for positive outcomes from our programs.
